Service description

Anansi is cloud software for writing and managing film, television and theatre productions, including scripts, development materials, breakdowns, schedules, visual planning, collaboration and production operations.

Pricing and payment

Plans, features, periods and regional prices appear on the Pricing page.

South African purchases are priced in ZAR and processed by Paystack when available.
International purchases use regional USD prices and are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record when available.
Anansi does not currently add South African VAT.
Checkout identifies the provider, amount, interval, taxes and renewal terms before payment.

Payment integrations are being completed. No paid subscription forms until checkout confirms a successful transaction.

Trials, refunds and records

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Customers receive an electronic receipt from the payment provider and can request help accessing transaction records.

Complaints

Email support@anansipro.studio with the account email, transaction reference and problem. We will try to resolve complaints in good faith. Consumers remain free to approach a provider, bank, regulator, ombud, consumer body or competent court.
